Are you an experienced fundraiser who knows how to turn strong campaigns into results?

Bayley House is seeking a capable, values-led Fundraising Lead to help grow our fundraising program and strengthen supporter engagement.

This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in appeals and campaigns who enjoys both strategy and delivery. You will lead fundraising activity across appeals, events, peer-to-peer and community fundraising and regular giving, helping to generate income and build lasting donor relationships.

Fundraising plays an important role at Bayley House. We raise vital funds to support programs and opportunities for adults with intellectual disability to live full, meaningful and connected lives. Job Description

About the role
The Fundraising Lead is responsible for planning, delivering and growing a portfolio of fundraising programs to achieve income targets and supporter growth.

Key responsibilities
• Develop and deliver annual fundraising appeals
• Lead fundraising events
• Grow peer-to-peer and community fundraising opportunities
• Work with across the organisational to create compelling fundraising communications
• Monitor campaign performance, donor trends and results, and provide reporting and insights
• Work with the Donor Care Coordinator to support effective donor administration and reporting

About you
You are organised, proactive and understand what drives donor engagement and fundraising performance.

You will also have:
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar fundraising role
• Demonstrated experience delivering fundraising appeals and campaigns that drive income growth
• Experience managing or supporting fundraising events and community fundraising activities
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to develop compelling content 

• Experience using Salesforce for campaigns, reporting and analysis
• Strong project management, organisational and time management skills
• Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret results and trends
• Experience with fundraising platforms such as Raisely will be highly regarded
