We are seeking a highly organised, detail-focused and values-driven Donor Care Coordinator to join our Philanthropy team.
Using your experience in a similar role working with Salesforce, you will support philanthropy and fundraising activities that create a lasting impact. Working closely across the team, you will contribute to a positive donor experience while providing the coordination and administration that underpins campaigns, appeals and events.

Job Description
Bayley House specialises in enabling individuals with intellectual disability to live full, rich and rewarding lives. Supporting the Philanthropy and Fundraising Leads, the Donor Care Coordinator provides high-quality donor care and operational support across philanthropy and fundraising campaigns, events and supporter engagement activities. The role ensures accurate supporter records, smooth campaign administration, timely financial processing and reliable reporting to support income delivery and continuity.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a high standard of donor care to create a positive donor experience
Process donations and receipting accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records and data integrity in Salesforce
Support campaigns, appeals and events through effective coordination and administration
Assist with reporting, reconciliation and liaison with Finance
Provide administrative support across fundraising activities including appeals, monthly giving, bequests, grants and partnerships
About You
You are a capable and proactive team member who takes pride in accuracy, responsiveness and strong administration.
You will also have:
Previous experience in a similar donor care or fundraising administration role
Experience using Salesforce for donation processing and financial reconciliation
Strong attention to detail and sound written communication skills
Solid numeracy, time management and organisational skills
The ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
Experience in event support or administration will be highly regarded
